Okay, so it may only be a county over but we’re doing it and we’re excited! Last month, someone drove by our house and asked us if we had any intentions of selling any time soon. We said no. Because, truly, we had no intentions of selling ANY time soon. Shortly after, we had a real estate agent contact us, letting us know her client was interested in our home (that was not on the market) and wondered if we’d be moving any time soon… We were flattered by the interest in our home and it got us thinking. Do people WANT our home? What’s the market like right now? What could we list for? What could we afford to move into? Know what happens when The Sellers’ start thinking? We act. Quickly. Last week we started a home search and this week we’ve listed our house. This weekend, we will welcome potential buyers into our home, everyone masked and covered in hand sanitizer, obviously and we will also be actively looking for our new home. I can’t wait to share it with you, when we find it! For now, here are a few pictures of our current home.
We have so much more to share. Just waiting for our living room rug to come in and also getting things tidied up over the next few days, in hopes of having that open house this weekend! We have a TON of stuff. Thankfully, we also have a ton of storage space so it’s all well hidden and doesn’t interfere with our day to day use of the house. I would totally be dreading having to move all of our stuff into our new home if it weren’t for companies like Atlanta Peach Movers making things much less stressful. They offer local and long distance services for commercial customers and are Atlanta government movers! You can use them even if you aren’t local!
I’ll be sure to keep you guys updated on our home search and I’ll be make sure I post the Zillow link when it’s live. Just waiting on the site to approve it. If you are interested in our home, please reach out! We’d be happy to show you around!
P.S. Kind of hoping the guy who originally stopped to ask if we were interested in selling sees our For Sale sign and stops by again. How cool would that be?!
